With over 25 years of global experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, advisory, and finance, Dr Bill Petreski has advised boards, executives, and government leaders across Australia, the UK, Silicon Valley, and Asia. His expertise spans enterprise strategy design, governance reform, mergers & acquisitions, and financial structuring.
Bill combines strategic insight with execution discipline — from designing long-term growth strategies to structuring capital raisings and leading organisational turnarounds.
His experience covers regulated environments, higher education, social enterprises, and ASX-listed companies, with a proven ability to bridge complex strategy and operational delivery to deliver both immediate impact and long-term value.
He has held senior roles with Grant Thornton, the Victorian Department of Health, NAB, KPMG, and the Australian Industry Group (Ai Group).
Bill holds a PhD in Applied Physics from Victoria University and serves on several boards, where he contributes governance, financial oversight, and strategic guidance.
